Booking Conditions:
To confirm your reservation, you must pay: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The owner requires a deposit of 1,500€.
Cancellation Policy:
The booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking amount. No-show: 100% of the total booking amount.
